Image Licensing
Photography Licensing
Selected photographs from Jordan Woodard Photography may be available for editorial, publication, commercial, or other approved uses. Licensing is handled for the specific image and intended use, with the scope established before files are supplied.

01 / Existing Images
Licensing photographs from the portfolio.
Selected photographs may be available to license for editorial, publication, commercial, or other uses where appropriate. Availability is confirmed image by image. A license defines the approved use; it does not assume that every photograph on the site is available for every purpose.
When asking about an image, include a link or clear description so it can be identified without ambiguity. If a photograph shows a recognizable property, work, brand, or person, any permissions required for the proposed use must also be considered before terms are confirmed.
02 / Usage
What to include in a licensing request.
Describe how and where the photograph will appear, including the publication, platform, placement, territory, duration, approximate audience or print run, and whether any exclusivity is requested. Include the desired file deadline and final reproduction size when known. These details make it possible to respond with terms matched to the actual use.
Uses outside the agreed scope require separate permission. Cropping, retouching, composites, or other material alterations should be identified in the request rather than assumed.
03 / Assignments
When the right photograph does not exist yet.
If the archive does not contain the subject or coverage needed, a new assignment may be the better route. Jordan Woodard Photography is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and accepts selected automotive, aviation, architecture, industrial, location, editorial, and commercial assignments in Wake County and beyond, with travel available.
